Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor customer complaint handling system in automotive and safety parts, including complaints feedback, complaints follow-up, stock check and std. review, communication with oversea customers
• To ensure corrective actions are executed and check the effectiveness
• To provide technical support for automotive business
• To ensure customer special requests are followed and updated
• To ensure automotive customer required documents such as PPAP,APQP submit on time
• To verify YSC and other changes followed process and meet customer requirements.
• To work with NPD team for new products and set up the spec and SAP QM related system.
• Other work task assigned by quality manager

Requirements:

• College degree or above
• At least 2 years manufactory experience for ISO/TS16949, including APQP, PPAP, internal auditing etc
• Excellent communication skill, good oral and written English and Mandarin
• Good at data analysis
• Able to work under pressure
• Work hard and carefully, honest and responsible
• Pass FM 100 Hue test
