Role purpose

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality assurance and control activities across raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Reporting to the Operations Assurance Manager, this role will be responsible for developing the team while ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising laboratory and testing activities, monitoring product performance against specifications, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What you will do

Lead and develop the team, providing coaching, training and technical guidance to drive operational excellence.
Monitor and ensure compliance of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods with established quality standards, product and regulatory specifications.
Review and validate quality test results, investigating deviations and lead root cause analysis to identify and eliminate sources of quality issues.
Manage customer complaints, product claims, and non-conformities, ensuring timely communication, thorough investigation, and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
Act as a key liaison between customers and operations teams to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and prevent recurrence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including product specifications, technical data sheets, certifications, and customer-specific requirements, in line with ISO standards and internal quality systems.

What we're looking for

Core Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
+5 years of experience in quality control, laboratory operations, or manufacturing quality roles.
Previous experience coordinating quality activities and leading a team within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
Knowledge of physical and mechanical testing methods and quality control processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. English proficiency is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality data management systems.

Highly Preferred (a strong plus)

Experience in textile, thread, composites, plastics, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting customer quality requirements, audits and product certifications.
