Role Purpose:
To drive profitable growth and strategic development of Global Accounts within the assigned region by leading the EMEA Global Accounts team, building strong customer relationships, developing and executing sales and market strategies, and ensuring successful commercial project implementation in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide relevant input for the Global Accounts strategy
- Development of sales strategy for assigned region and implementation after approval based on relevant action plans
- Lead and manage the EMEA Global Accounts team
- Develop and maintain a constructive and pro-active team culture and provide feedback and support for development of individuals
- Individual care and support of key customers
- Acquisition of new customers
- Development of market strategies and analysis of joint sales potentials
- Preparation of offers and analysis of potential and existing markets
- Responsibility for overall growth and strategic development of relevant customers within the region
- Responsibility for projects, offers, sampling and approval processes up to series production
- Implementation of regular forecast planning and monitoring
- Implementation of the defined operational measures and strategic objectives
- Processing of customer complaints in close cooperation with the Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Production departments
- Representation of the company at trade fairs and events
- Close and collegial cooperation with the specialist departments as well as internal and external stakeholders

What will set you apart (Nice to Have):
- Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Additional qualification in Sales, Leadership or Project Management
- Experience in global account management within an international matrix organization
- Experience in the packaging, manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of revenue planning, forecasting and commercial performance management
- Experience in managing complex customer projects from concept to series production
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Additional European language skills
