A. Key Accountabilities:

  • Liase with thread sales team (Global, Regional, Local) to explore potential for selling trims to existing customers
  • Identify potential businesses by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Evaluate the business potentials through complete analysis of customer requirements, current suppliers, current products and demand volume
  • Achieve the trims sales target by closing deals with identified customers
  • Structure Coats offer for trims: clear product ranges, applications, specifications, marketing aspects (competitive advantages), pricing strategy, delivery lead time, MOQs, MOP UP, etc…
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments to en-sure smooth supply chain route. Ex: Articles created in SAP, forecasting, STD prices set up…..
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; attending over sea and local trainings/ courses/ classes; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Co-ordinate with marketing support team to develop appropriate, local-market-customized marketing materials for trims
  • Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction, market size, market share and complete key competitors product analysis on all key parameter
  • Identify and cater to new business opportunities and seek potential strategic partners/suppliers
  • Propose in timely manner the appropriate internal structure to support trims business

 

B. Education, Qualification and Experience:

 

  1. Essential:
  • University degree with experience in field sales/ business development
  • Strong presentation, prospecting, sales planning and closing skills
  • Fluent communications in English and Vietnamese
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Know-how and have basic skills of Trims technical.
  • Knowledge and understand about market.
  • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own workload

2. Desirable:

  • Trims products experience is preferable
  • Chinese/Taiwanese speaking is a plus
