Role Purpose


Responsibility for COATS FOOTWEAR Head of Sales EMEA Region for LIFESTYLE segment. Aim of the position will be to developing and executing the sales strategy for the EMEA region, driving revenue
growth, and leading the regional sales team. This senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market dynamics in EMEA, a proven track record of sales success, and
exceptional leadership skills.
Oversees all aspects of an organization's human resources, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring both needs are met and the organization's strategic objectives are aligned with the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with the company's and Lifestyle segment overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Oversee the development and execution of regional sales plans, including market segmentation, customer targeting, and sales forecasting.
  • Lead the strategic sales dialogue with selected Lifestyle manufacturers, branded consumer goods companies and distributors
  • Development of market-penetration and extension-strategy with clear segmentation Strengthen and expand existing client relationships
  • Acquire new clients
  • Develop business in new applications
  • Partner and negotiate with internal departments (Global accounts, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management) and external customers and supply chain partners
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple countries in the EMEA region..
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the executive team
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive sales and further promote Coats Global Footwear Offer

Administrative & General:

  • Involvement in market facing activities – trade shows, apparel local associations, competition information, and industry trends
  • Support administrative and commercial activities for COATS
  • Footwear France legal entity
  • Lead communication with external partner and suppliers
  • Ensure management is provided with on time reporting on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure information provided is relevant and up to date
  • Prepare top line presentations for senior level executives (internal and external)
