Role Pupose

This role is critical in driving commercial performance, acting as a strategic partner with our customers in Spain, strengthening sales processes, and enabling our teams to make informed, data‑driven decisions.

 

What you will do

 

  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for all Safety product groups (technical yarns, safety fabrics, safety threads, safety trims). 
  • Identify growth opportunities, new customers, and new market channels in the Spanish market.
  • Own CRM governance, ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and user adoption.
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and business review materials. 
  • Drive sales process optimization and support onboarding and training for new sales hires. 
  • Acts as a key partner and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Finance, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems and BI/Excel tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capability, and a proactive mindset.
