Sample Development Coordinator

Role Purpose

Responsible for coordinating sample requests from customers, internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Production, Warehouse), and external couriers, following our service commitment to customers and brands. It is important to monitor and control the sample requests to provide the best service to customers.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

1. Actively promote and implement digital platform in apparel’s customer covering Sample Shop Coats, Stock match and cabinet/stocks for faster service to customer development stage.
2. Responsible to achieve key performance index on maximizing stocks Hub SOS – Source of Supply
3. Enrich the sample orders max 1 day
4. Monitor and manage delivery timely in coordinate with Lab & Transporter
5. Keep maintain lead time sample at 5 days max
6. Follow up sample or dye to match closely with lab
7. Feedback email inquiries/request within same working day
