Sampling Operator (1)

Role Purpose

• To prepare correct grey thread for buffer stock as require from Kanban card to ensure support RFT Lab to bulk ,and service leadtime.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Safety & Housekeeping:  

• Follow Company Health and Safety regulation.

• Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported immediately for Lab supervisor.

(Đảm bảo tất cả tai nạn/liên quan tai nạn/các sự cố gần tai nạ phải được báo cáo ngay lập tức cho tổ trưởng phòng Lab)

• Actively look for areas where safety can be improved to report to relevant people.
• Maintain standards for housekeeping.
• Ensure a high level of safety awareness is maintained at all times and take steps to eliminate all risk factors and potential hazards

Productivity/Quality:

• Ensure that laboratory grey thread buffer is adequately stocked in order to eliminate any service interruptions to dyeing machines.
• Ensure correct grey thread and accurately weighed thread with allowing nominal tolerance .
• Comply with all relevant SOPs at all times
• Other as requested by Lab Supervisor

Discipline:

• Follow Company working hour regulation.
• Follow discipline SOP
• Report to HR or relevant Manager any issue related Coats Ethics
