We are looking for energetic candidates with a result-driven mindset in the position of "Senior Executive, Dyehouse".

Role Purpose

To manage all aspects of Dyehouse process control and work in progress in order to meet stipulated quality product targets and meet agreed service level of dyehouse. Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Manage & Control agreed service level of Dyehouse department 

• Ensure all time (shift wise) the process is in control to meet the quality KPI (RFT & CQ).
• Ensure that all failed batches are investigated and assigned an accurate failure reason in a timely manner on a shift wise basis at the point of failure.
• Carry out WFT analysis on all lots that fail the specified passing criteria. Analysis should be on time and accurate to the best of your abilities.
• Ensure the process is in control by analyzing daily data and by auditing SOP and work instructions in process.

Control financial performance of Dyehouse Department

• Ensure that production is carried out in compliance with all relevant safety, health, quality and environmental management policies, SOPs, work instructions and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products / services and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Continually promote the principles of 5S housekeeping.

Control health and safety related issues comply with Local and global requirements

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, quality and environmental management policies, SOPs, work instructions and controls across the technical function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products / services and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Ensure that department EHS KPIs are achieved, and safety culture is established.

Manage and develop Dyehouse Team

• Ensure Dye house staff and operators achieve and maintain a high level of capability through the provision of ongoing training, support and both formal and informal performance assessment and feedback.
• Encourage Dyehouse employees to embrace change, understand and follow new processes and procedures put in place, in order to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Manage and ensure Global Recycled Standard for recycled substrate dyeing.

Responsible for implementing ISO, OHSAS and OEKOTEX standard dyeing.

Education, Experience, Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Essential

• Minimum Graduation in Chemical Engineering/Textiles Engineering/Industrial & Production Engineering from any reputed university.
• 3 to 8 years of experience.

Desirable

• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English desirable.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Results orientated.
• Proficient in the use of MS office tools.
• Analytical skills.
