Role Purpose:
- Business partnering with Manufacturing Director – HY and other managers to enable decision making, and driving operational and financial objectives.
- Provide in depth analysis on performance to identify underlying trends and develop recommendations to improve business, provide insights to drive conversion costs optimization (cost control, cost avoidance), support driving pricing initiatives with costs accuracy.
- Collaborate and influence across functions to set challenging but realistic targets which are incorporated into the budgets, forecasts and plans.
- Lead change and transformational projects and on going activities to optimize profitability and drive for productivity

- Planning & forecasting.
- Role model for Do The Right Thing/ compliance
- Periodic review Key Control Framework and ensure the company operation align with local and group policy.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
- Business partnering with Manufacturing Director – HY and other managers to enable decision making, and driving operational and financial objectives.

- Drive operational performance and improve productivity (conversion costs, CF, waste, input/output reconciliation…)
- Compare actual cost vs plan and previous months and keep track financial and operational performance of key strategic projects
- Review and suggest for operation efficiency
- Review sales price, volume and mix movement with commercial team. Support commercial for pricing analysis and pricing decisions with cost accuracy
- Analyze customer and product profitability – engage with commercial to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
- Drive accuracy in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills and provide insight information to help management making decision

- Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines as local law
- Analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, review procurement and manufacturing productivity saving
- Maintains a strong accounting and operational control environment.
- Year end and other Audits
- Coordinate and assist the annual audit process, includes support on inventory count and stock valuation as, liaise with external auditors, and assess their findings and implement necessary changes.
- Cooperate with accounting manager to complete Statutory report
- Plan & conduct reviews on financial and operational aspects and identify control deficiencies, suggest improvement actions and follow up on implementation and ensure effectiveness of the controls in place and improve such as,
- Key Control Framework
- Risk Questionnaire
- Stewardship reviews
- Complete Early Warning Questionnaire as group schedule
- Identify risks affecting the organization alongside the leadership team, maintain the risk register, discuss and agree on action plans and follow up on the agreed actions.
- Liaise with company lawyers, company secretaries and Group legal teams to ensure timely actions on litigation and secretarial matters
- Draft and implement policies, procedure and guidelines for identified processes and assessing the effectiveness of the same on an annual basis
- Ad hoc requirements from Finance Director
Who you are (Requirements):
Knowledge and understanding of:
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and business controls
- Experienced in operations, collaborating with various stakeholders, results focused.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant/bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Manufacturing Organization
Skills & Abilities
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision, positive energy
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Proficient user of finance software i.e. SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, influencing skills
- Strong leadership and ability to drive transformational change
- Experience operating at / with senior management in a remote working environment
- Ability to work closely with all functional teams in the Division & Global Functional Teams as required
