Senior Planner

Role Purpose

Support end to end supply planning for the ANZ region by executing supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business priorities. Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock positions, identifying potential imbalances, and supporting corrective actions to meet service and working capital targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure timely product availability and smooth execution. Proactively track supply performance, highlight risks or constraints, and support issue resolution to minimize disruptions and ensure consistent service delivery.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Key Responsibilities

Execute supply planning activities for the ANZ region in alignment with demand forecasts and business priorities.

Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and working capital

Monitor inventory positions, identify potential shortages or excess, and take corrective actions to maintain healthy stock levels

Coordinate closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of supply plans

Track supply performance and highlight gaps related to service levels, inventory, and plan adherence

Proactively identify supply risks such as material constraints, delays, or capacity limitations and support mitigation actions

Support SOP processes by providing supply visibility, constraints, and updates

Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and maintain up-to-date planning parameters

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply planning processes and efficiency

Create and maintain purchase orders and inbound deliveries in the system, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with supply plans to support material availability

Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for the ANZ region, ensuring on time delivery, identifying potential delays, and coordinating with Logistics and relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution and minimize service impact.
