Job Responsibilities:

Generate new customers by identifying and solving customer pain points.

  • Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
  • Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
  • Compiling effective and easily understandable solution recommendation for customers in both verbal and written format.

 

Establish good relationship with key stakeholders in customers.

  • Developing relationship with factory manager, product developers, QC manager and material managers to understand their pain points.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers.
  • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.

 

Collaborate with NPD for developing new solutions for types of customer pain points.

  • Providing business opportunities for NPD to develop solutions for new customers.
  • Focusing on replicable solutions for wider sales impact.
  • Maintaining a digital library on TEAMS to store the solution recommendations and successful business cases.

 

Supporting direct sales for delivering the established solutions for similar types of customer pain points.

  • Sharing established solution recommendation with direct sales on monthly basis.
  • Acting as a role model for direct sales.

 

Performing other job duties as a sales role

  • Achieving monthly sales and collection target
  • Preparing reports, price maintenance and other admin jobs required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales – preferably in the Bag/ Apparel/Footwear segment.
  • Strong trims knowledge
  • Proven evidence of developing new business independently.
  • Excellent technical, inter personal and managerial skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, and fair command of written English;
  • Self-motivated, stand up to challenge and willing to work under pressure;
  • Sensitive to numbers
