Shift Executive

Candidate should have- 

• Bachelors of Textiles/Chemical Engineering/ MSc Chemistry and 1-2 years of experience in relevant field

Job Role includes- 

• Follow Prescreener’s guideline while releasing recipes to bulk as per SOPs updated from time to time and improving Lab to bulk success % under supervision of prescreener.
• To monitor KPI including RFT/CQ, Dyehose Lead time etc. in own shift and overall.
• To ensure smooth flow of load in Laboratory including BRI/BRD and CCE requests.
• To work on Recipe Error file under supervision of Prescreener. To map recipes timely to avoid delays in planning.
• To calculate TACs assigned by Prescreener to them.
• Maintenance/Clearance of SAP and Colour Stitch Interfaces.
• Oversee Pick face including Sedo Master operations under guidance from Prescreener and Technical Manager Dyehouse.
• Monitor Grey Thread Merge Changes on floor and get data updated by Power User  CS.
• Do Bulk Recipe Pass/Fail while ensuring all relevant SOPs are followed.
• Make Redyes timely with the help of Shift Manager within the target lead times.
• Assist Prescreener in supervision of Laboratory for optimum operation.
• Monitor and update dyeing machine stoppages in Colour Stitch.
• 6S/Housekeeping of Lab Area
• Monitoring of the Tier 2 KPI “Overall % Failed batches allocated root cause failure reason”
