Shift Manager

Candidate should have- 

• Bachelors of Textiles/ Chemical Engineering/Chemistry with 2-3 years of experience.

Job Role- 

• To maintain Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RFT, CQ, MLT according to the agreed targets.
• Reprocessing of WFT and Internal complaint lots within 24hrs.
• Passing of shades according to the defined SOPs in order to minimize customer complaints.
• Ensure machine utilization and efficiency to the maximum.
• Ensure and implement all SOP, WIs and best practices.
• Proper usage of ColorStitch, Sedomaster and SAP
• Ensure implementation of 6S and H&S program.
