Role Purpose

To play a key role in application life cycle** management across functional scope for Coats business.

Contribute to digitisation as a subject matter and process expert help identify the change management requirement.

Proactively upgrade Business Process as Technology Solutions advance

Contribute to the business requirement for digitisation as a subject matter process expert and help identify the change management requirement.

Deliver application solutions as per the agreed business requirement and timing

Work with the business to help ensure that process re-engineering is delivered and target ROI achieved.

Ensure the applications continue to deliver target functionality and address incidents as per the agreed SLAs.

  • Maintain standards and documentation for applications within Solutions scope
  • Transition solutions to Business so that they can maximise benefit for Coats
  • Maintain Service Catalogue for solution scope
  • Contribute to improved IT Service Quality
  • Analyse and re-engineer existing business processes in line with functional Template
  • Understand and support related or integrated functions
  • Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope
  • Fluent in all Service Management Processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request Fulfilment
  • Assist/ Drive Support Pack and Upgrade activity
  • Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope
