Key Responsibilities
- Partner with MEA leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
- Manage change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve employee experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and development
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional HRBP role.
- Proven experience working across multiple MEA countries with diverse labor laws and cultures.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation in the MEA region.
- Experience in matrixed, multinational organizations

Location & Travel
- Based in Sharkeya, EGYPT within the MEA region.
- Willingness to travel across MEA countries as needed (up to 30%).
