Role Purpose

This position plays a key role to acquire and build an agile and winning mindset talent pool, in partnership with business and function leaders, to enable growth and success in alignment with business growth strategy.

 

It helps organizations strategically identify, attract, and hire individuals with the necessary skills and aptitude to help achieve business goals. It ensures the right fit for both the job and the company culture, leading to higher employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Furthermore, it aids in building a diverse and inclusive workforce, fostering innovation and competitive advantage.

 

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Talent Acquisition: 

 

  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • involves sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and internal referrals.
    • responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining candidates who possess in-demand skills and align with the organization’s vision and values.
  • Resource Planning:
  • focuses both on near-term hiring needs and building a long-term strategy that forecasts which skills or roles will be in-demand in the months and years ahead.
  • has in-depth knowledge of organization’s overall business goals and develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to ensure the right team is in place to support overall business objectives.
  • Business Partnering:
  • supports hiring managers in the selection process, provides consultation on recruitment strategies, and manages the onboarding and talent management process.
  • Workforce Diversifying:
  • aims to diversify the workforce including attracting and hiring candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Employer Branding:
  • develops a strong employer brand that attracts top talent including promoting the company’s values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
  • builds long-term relationships with potential hires by nurturing these relationships over time, which can lead to higher quality candidates and more successful placements.

 

Talent Development:

    • In partnership with HR Business Partners to develop maintain comprehensive training and development programs that support the organization’s strategic goals and workforce plans.
  • In partnership with HR Business Partners to identify gaps in skills, and then develop and deliver training programs to address those skill gaps.
  • Mentoring and Coaching

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Desirable

  • University graduate, preferred in related human resources management.
  • A minimum of 07 years working experience in the same positions
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
