Role Purpose
The purpose of the job will be to manage specific territory and to achieve yearly sales and invoicing target of the territory, simultaneously nursing existing customer and develop new customer within global service standards.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
- Manage & develop territory business by delivering profitable sales growth as per plan and identifying business potential in the market.
- Manage and develop the business relationships with all existing and potential customers.
- Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, supply chain and manufacturing team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer and managing urgencies.
- Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management by account’s outstanding reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Gather market intelligence & analyze the report with the stakeholders for strategic planning.
- Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop & cultivate business relationship with local and international top Brands.
- Arrange technical seminars, presentations & PES for valued customers to upgrade coats premium brands.
- Understand customer requirement and build accurate forecast for the required materials.
