Role Purpose:   

• To ensure all quality assurance activities relevant final products meet CPP target in term of safety, quality and productivity through enforcement of SOP/ Process and products audit 

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

• Oversee all operational quality control processes. Advise on, planning and organizing inspections, audits activities. Supervise quality tester team
• Meet agreed KPIs covering product quality, completeness, accuracy and timeline of testing, reporting and documentation.
• Liaise with QA Manager, production personnel to analyse trend of product performance and aim to continually improving the performance of quality
• Dealing with internal quality issues raised by all levels of the organisation. Diagnose faults and undertaking relevant research.
• Overseeing/maintaining the implementation of SAP QM. Ensuring products are test follow keeping rate in SAP QM
• Supervising team of Quality Tester.
• Other tasks assigned by QA Manager

Who you are (Requirements): 

• College/university graduate
• Good management of people, able to get the best out of all the team
• Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
• Ability to work in a systemised methodical manner.
• Ability to communicate in English.

What will set you apart (Nice to Have): 

• Good technical knowledge of thread production.
• Have the knowledge and experience about Yarn, thread.
• Have the knowledge and experience about inspection and testing lab, testing requirement, testing method, testing equipment.
