Role Purpose:

• To attract, develop and engage talent by managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting learning and development initiatives, and strengthening Coats Türkiye's employer brand and employee engagement agenda, in line with business objectives and the company's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and selection processes.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external partners.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Prepare job offers and support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare periodic recruitment reports.

Learning & Development

• Support the identification of training and development needs across the organization.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities and maintain training records.
• Support annual training planning and budget preparation processes.
• Organise orientation and onboarding training programmes for new employees.
• Prepare periodic training reports and monitor training effectiveness.
• Support learning initiatives that contribute to employee development and organisational capability building.

Employer Branding & Employee Engagement

• Support employer branding activities to strengthen Coats' reputation as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate university relations, career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee recognition programmes and engagement activities.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and community engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to creating a positive employee experience and an inclusive working environment.

HR Projects and Continuous Improvement

• Participate actively in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process improvements and digitalization projects within HR.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best HR practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development areas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment platforms is preferred.
