Role Purpose:
Understand the hiring needs of the organization. Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes. Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
- Ensure the operator manpower supply as common agreement in term of quantity, quality and timeline.
- Support and complaint all procedures for welcoming employees on-board by ensuring induction training, Coats of Conduct Code commitment signing, ensure the full of employees’ requirement dossiers in Hung Yen site and support Ho Chi Minh if required.
- Support to deliver all kind of communication both for ad hoc & periodically plan.
- Support all kinds of reports (short/ ad-hoc reports and periodically report….) relating to job assigned.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, personnel data in HR management system (SuccessFactors), employee's hard-copy documents.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
