• Through effective use of the Colorstitch systems for matching all customer samples within the Sample Lead Times (SLT), Through effective use of visually pass/fail and manually adjust the recipe to meet customer requirement on fabric matching.

通过有效得力的Colorstitch的使用，在样品交货时间内按照顾客需求，通过有效的使用人眼对色及人手调方达到客户样板配色的要求。

• To ensure use original triangle of DTM to bulk and bulk std of new shades have been checked to match standardization of lubrication content before production.

确保生产与原DTM的色三角一致及新色生产前标准蜡变符合标准.

• To ensure the triangle of all GKA and Global shades followed Global format and inform related department head if any changes.  

确保GKA与色卡色按照指定的色三角,任何变动必须通知相关部门的主管.

• Through BRD/Shade master data management to manger bulk standard, new recipe and make sure provide shades group on time to ensure sales orders can translate into SAP system in time.

通过BRD/色号管理系统去规范生产标准与新色配方,确保能及时提供色组协助将销售订单转化成SAP订单.

• To ensure that all colour matching are using the globally approved dyestuffs in all instances.

确保所有的颜色匹配使用的是在各种情况下全球都认可的染料。

• To ensure all alternate triangles where metameric occurred are using the globally approved dye。

确保当有同色异谱发生时被选择的替换三角使用的是认可的染色范围。

• To assist coordinators manage manpower and resource in team, And back up the work of coordinator once he/she is absent.
