Job Role includes-
- Ensure the timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules for RO plant, Boiler, and ETP by coordinating with the maintenance team and third-party vendors.
- Track and follow up on maintenance job orders to ensure timely resolution of utility-related issues.
- Monitor utility operations and proactively coordinate with the maintenance team and external service providers to minimize breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
- Ensure all utility parameters meet production and local and global compliances requirements by closely working with the process team and addressing deviations promptly.
- Monitor the availability and consumption of local and imported spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to utility operations and safety.
- Oversee the performance of utilities and ensure issues are addressed by the relevant teams.
- Continuously monitor and control water and energy consumption against set targets, identifying opportunities for reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and targets including Intelex actions, are completed on time and followed by all personnel involved in utility operations.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities performed by the in-house team and contractors comply with safety regulations and best practices.
- Manage and oversee third-party service providers, ensuring quality work and timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Manage the procurement of chemicals and consumables required for utilities, and ensure the availability of critical spare parts such as spare pumps, critical valves, and other essential components to prevent downtime
