Role Purpose:
To ensure that the tail-end activity of the manufacturing process and the Raw Material warehouse operations are managed effectively while supporting the Engineering stores operation on need base, so as to support the achievement of the supply chain efficiency of the organization.
What you will do:
- Strictly adhere to and enforce all Health & Safety guidelines and company compliance standards.
- Ensure all receipts and issues of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Spare Parts are processed according to standard operating procedures through the SAP system.
- Provide effective supervision and leadership to the warehouse workforce.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy at all times for both inventory and non-inventory items.
- Optimize the usage of available storage space through effective warehouse management.
- Manage stock maintenance, including the reversal of obsolete items and following up on scrap disposal procedures.
- Supervise and drive cost-saving projects within the warehouse function.
Who you are:
- Successful completion of the GCE (A/L)/ HND or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar warehouse or stores position.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse workflows and inventory management.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English to effectively manage systems, documentation, and communications.

- A Professional Qualification in Materials or Stores Management.
- Proficiency in using SAP for warehouse modules.
- Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams in a manufacturing environment.
