Role Purpose: 

Manage current market share, identify, analyse, develop new business and grab market share in order to achieved target given by management.

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

 

  1. Achieving Sales and new business  
  • Work aggressively to achieve sales and new business target given by management
  • Analyse and identify current markets condition changes for further action plan needed
  • Sales initiatives needed in order to achieve the target.
  • Maintaining and work closely with AR to Improve debtors days in collection

 

  1. Maintaining current Sales
  • Protecting current sales from competitor
  • Maintain customers satisfaction which to be achieved by creating good relationship both internally among departments and externally with customers
  • Solving any issues happened or complained by customers
  • Approach and maintain customer relationship
  • Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
  • Working closely with buyer for existing business and new sales opportunities
  • Helping customer for any technical issues to complete satisfaction on all their accounts

 

  1. Grab new market share
  • Upgrading current sales in each customer to maximum market share
  • Identify any opportunity or new sales market, including new product development and upgrading product value from current sales
  • Analyse new sales markets condition and action plan needed
  • Sales Initiatives needed to grab new market share

 

  1. Analysing and Identify sales issues
  • Identify and analyse any sales issues that might effect to current and upcoming market share
  • Analyse upcoming market condition changes for sales forecast purpose

 

  1. New Segments
  • Identify, developing business opportunities and generating sales in new business segments.

 

  1. Reporting
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales and input opportunities.
  • Weekly Activity report to be updated
  • Following up on any leads generated 
  • Accomplish any task given by Manager

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Desirable

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) Marketing Management.

Product Knowledge, Database analysis, Market Research

Planning, Analysis & problem solving, Negotiation, communication & reporting, Product Knowledge, Leadership & People Management, Quality Awareness.

 

 

Experience in Sales & marketing position.
